Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–21 business days
Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.
International Orders & Customs
SkyStrike Collectables ships worldwide. For international orders, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
